Fluorescence spectroscopy; Hitachi_F-4600
F-4600 fluorescence spectrometer can be used to analyze samples in the fields of material, environmental, chemical, and biological applications. It can produce three-dimensional excitation-emission matrices (3DEEM) data to identify chromophoric functional groups in a wide range of environmental samples including protein, humic acid, fulvic acid, chlorophyll, and fluorescence whiting agents (FWA).
